Do you deliver?
Yes, we use a variety of services to get your product to you.
What are your payment methods?
At this stage we take credit and debit cards only for retail buyers on our website.
Can I pre order?
Yes, for retail to the public, once we know we have a product available we will put it on the website. However, if we know there is a demand for such things like fresh Feijoas we will release them on the website as soon as we know they are coming. For wholesale inquires please get in touch.
What is your shipping policy?
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
What if I am not home to receive?
All parcels shipped will be left with authority to leave at premises due to the nature of the goods. If you do not want this to occur you must contact us at the time of booking and advise us in writing.
What if I missed the delivery?
We will do our very best to assist our customers with deliveries however it is the customers responsibility to advise us of any missed deliveries within 24 hours after arrival has been confirmed by either one of our shipping companies we use eg Fastway or Auspost tracking otherwise we will be unable to assist.
